External Vehicle Wash Down
Washing the exterior of container vehicles has traditionally been done using high pressure hand lances. These have usually been connected to mobile pressure washers.
One solution where medium pressure hot water wash down is required to provide cheap hot water at pressures of 10 to 20 bar is the use of
STEAM & WATER MIXERS
MIXERS or SUPER BOOSTERS. These simple, low cost units act as a pressure booster and basic heat exchanger all in one and can provide a very cost effective solution.
High Pressure Applications
Where an application required pressures in excess of 25 bar, the costs of pumps and associated equipment becomes expensive. However if a cleaning head is required for these operating parameters for such applications as IBC cleanings or Tanker washing the high pressure FURY TWB HP or the SANITOR are ideal. Both units will work up to 100 bar.
